Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. TVs in all rooms. Free cable TV and Internet Service. Spacious 10 and a half foot balcony has plenty of seating. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

The property is completely remodeled and very nice. It's on the 18th floor and the elevators moved very fast through our stay. We had two adults and two teenager girls with us. There is a Mike's seafood and coconut's in walking distance. Everyone had a good time. We did walk to pier park and it was a pretty good walk and it was very hot so we took a uber back.
We recently completed our stay at the newly renovated Emerald Isle-1805 condo managed by Helen Phillips, and once again, the experience exceeded our expectations. The property is beautifully remodeled and accommodated our family of five very comfortably. One of the highlights of our stay was watching the Fourth of July fireworks (250th) from the privacy of the balcony—it was truly an amazing experience. We also appreciated the thoughtful addition of two beach chairs and an umbrella, which made our beach days even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this property and will definitely book with Helen again in the future. Thank you for another wonderful stay!
