Located in a quiet, gated community, this house features a master suite on the second level, a second bedroom with twin beds, a common area with sleeper sofa and a third bedroom and bathroom on the lower lever. The open concept living/dining/kitchen is perfect for family gatherings.
Situated on the south side of the circle with a bird's nest on the third level, you can see for miles on a clear day! A nice place to relax after a long day at the beach!
La Valencia offers its own gated private beach access and a beachfront pool exclusive to La Valencia guests. Beach access and pool are less than a 5-minute walk from the home.

The condo was very nice, on a quiet street and about a 2 minute walk to the beach. Everything was as described. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and even a gas grilll for cooking. To our surprise there were beach chairs in the closet. The parking will only accommodate 2 vehicles, but there is a parking lot right near if you have another vehicle, which we did. We had 8 people, so a few more bath towels would have been useful since it is hard to keep fresh towels even with a washer. There was no hairdryers and there is no tv in the bedroom downstairs, which was a disappointment. Other than those minor annoyances, we were more than happy with the accomomodations and would stay there again. I would give it 4 1/2 stars(mainly because of the missing tv).
